Shipping policy

Shipping/ Return Policy and Product Usage:

1. Returns are accepted 14 days from purchase and no more than 50 % of the product used. Cost of shipping for returns are charged to the customer,

2. Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours after purchase when supplies are available. Don’t worry we will work hard to ensure supplies remain in stock to prevent delays.

3. Please refrain from purchases from Friday at sunset to Saturday at sunset due to the weekly sabbath, including religious feast days which will be noted on the website throughout the year. Orders will resume at the end of the Sabbaths.

4. Free shipping is based upon domestic shipping within the United States. This excludes U.S international territory.

5. There is no minimum purchase necessary to qualify for free shipping.

6. Orders will be shipped via U.S Postal Services.

7. Items that arrive damaged will require an email and picture sent to a customer support team member: sales@dontcrackformula.com within 72 hours of the package arrival. Customers will have the option of a new item shipped at no additional charge.

8. Body butters may arrive melted during shipment when temperatures are higher.

9. It is recommended to apply a small amount of product on hand to test for any unfavorable reaction. Please speak with your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing prior to the use of our products or if you have health concerns. Please review all ingredients prior to the purchase of our products. Do not ingest products and refrain from applying its contents to open cuts and scrapes. Please apply products in a safe manner in order to avoid eyes and mouth.
